Online Interviews

Our extensive experience conducting online interviews has proven effective in keeping investigations less visible in the workplace and allows for anonymity if required in assessments.

On-line external investigators are less disruptive to the workplace which reduces the number of people involved in the administration of the complaint. On-line investigations reduce the response time and costs to address a complaint.

About Margery

Margery Knorr, Principal, is passionate about using fair processes to ensure safe workplaces. She is an objective and clear-headed thinking partner who has supported organizations to address conflicts for more than 20 years. Margery and her team successfully synthesize information from many perspectives and provide you with a clear view of your workplace.

Knorr and Associates focus on workplace investigations, workplace assessments, and mentoring and coaching leaders to address conflicts and complaints. Clients use Knorr and Associates as a thinking partner with expansive expertise in human rights policies and legislation, health and safety, accommodations, respectful workplace training, diversity, investigating complaints, and assessing workplace dynamics.

Margery has extensive experience implementing policy and legislated programs in organizations and within government.  She implemented employment equity legislation in western Canada as a Federal leader, with over 40 companies.  She worked as an Ombudsman leading dispute resolution and human rights complaints for an international airline.  She was an advisor to the Canadian Human Rights Commission and a founding member of a human rights and diversity organization. Margery created and implemented numerous employment equity plans, policies, respectful workplace training and communications strategies to celebrate diversity in our workplace.
