How Knorr & Associates Are Different

We mentor leaders to assess and manage conflicts to effective long-term resolution.
We are passionate about fairness to everyone affected by a complaint; the complainant, the respondent, and the organization.
We take a coach-approach to mentoring leaders, when investigating complaints, and to facilitate encouraging transformations in the workplace.
We provide cost-effective and timely responses that are based on 20 years of successful results.
We provide valuable employee feedback unavailable through other processes.
We excel at conducting on-line interviews. Investigations are cost-effective, less intrusive, and easier to administer.
And, we understand that all conflicts are just good information that provide opportunities for positive change.
