Investigation Mentoring and Conflict Coaching

We provide coaching and mentoring services to your internal team to increase skills and provide objectivity to the resolution of internal investigations

Investigation Mentoring

When internal investigators have the skills but lack the confidence to tackle the complaint or the perception of objectivity could be enhanced, an investigator mentor may be the best solution.

When we mentor and assist with an investigation, the shadow of historical knowledge of the organization’s people and culture is reduced and signals leadership’s commitment to conduct a neutral and objective review.

We assist with defining the scope of the investigation, planning the process, communications, providing templates, question development, determining witnesses, managing obstacles, and reviewing a report.

Coaching through the complaint process

Investigators and leaders at all levels can at times need a thinking partner to sort through the many challenges of complaints. You can benefit from our 20 years of experience working on hundreds of complaint cases with organizations both large and small, private and public.

We also provide ongoing coaching to leaders to increase knowledge, skills and efficiency in conducting investigations. We are available to assist with defining the scope of the investigation, investigation planning, communications, question development, managing obstacles and reviewing a report.

In addition, we coach leaders to increase their effectiveness in the workplace and are certified to administer the EQ-i 2.0/EQ-360 Model of Emotional Intelligence.

Questions to ask if you need an investigation or conflict coach:

Would an external mentor/coach provide additional objectivity and validation of findings?

Would your internal investigators value additional experience and confidence?

Will external expertise signal commitment to resolution for complainants and the workplace?
